At Lady by Design, we want you to know exactly what to expect before you place an order.
1. Delivery Destinations
We deliver to addresses in Denmark only.
2. Free Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within Denmark, with no minimum spend.
3. Order Fulfilment
Orders are processed and quality-checked within 1–3 working days, then dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse in Denmark and delivered to your door by a tracked carrier.
4. Delivery Times
- Processing: 1–3 working days
- Delivery: 6–12 working days after dispatch
- Total: most orders arrive within 7–15 working days of being placed
“Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays. All times are Danish time (CET/CEST). Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays start processing on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown and charged in Danish kroner (DKK). The price at checkout is the total you pay: nothing extra is added at checkout and shipping is free.
6. Tracking
We’ll email you a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. You can also check its status on our Track Your Order page.
7. Address Accuracy
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@ladybydesign.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee an address can be changed once your order is being processed.
8. Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels
If a parcel can’t be delivered because of an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts or another delivery issue, it may be returned. Email support@ladybydesign.com and we’ll look into it and explain your options.
9. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your parcel is lost, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@ladybydesign.com with your order number and a photo or video. Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll offer a refund or replacement, and you won’t need to send the item back.
