Check Your Order Status
Your order confirmation email includes a link to your order status page. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking information will appear there and we will email you a tracking link.
You can also sign in to your account to view your orders.
How Long Delivery Takes
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and then delivered within 6–12 working days, so most orders arrive within 7–15 working days of being placed.
“Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays. All times refer to Danish time (CET/CEST). These are estimates rather than guarantees, and delivery may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, customs checks or other circumstances outside our control.
