The Liesel Longline Quilted Coat runs to knee length, quilted throughout, with a trimmed hood and a zip front behind a placket. Side pockets; sizes through to 4XL.
Why the Placket Is There
A zip on its own is an exposed seam straight down the front of a winter coat. A placket covering it closes that line off and hides the hardware at the same time, which is the detail that separates a proper winter coat from a padded jacket.
How to Wear It
Wear it over knitwear with jeans and boots on the coldest days. The length covers the hips and thighs, so what is underneath can be lighter than usual.
