At Lady by Design, we use secure payment processing to help protect your payment and personal information. Our online store is powered by Shopify, and all payments are taken over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are processed securely by Shopify Payments. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. The payment options available to you are shown at checkout.
Currency and Prices
All prices are shown and charged in Danish kroner (DKK). The price you see at checkout is the total you pay: no tax is added at checkout and shipping is free.
Payment Authorisation
Your payment must be successfully authorised before we can process your order. If a payment is declined or cannot be authorised, your order will not be completed.
Secure Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. Lady by Design never sees or stores your full card number. We only receive the limited transaction details needed to process, fulfil, support or refund your order.
Billing Information
Please make sure your billing details are complete and correct. Incorrect billing information may delay or prevent your payment from being authorised.
Fraud Prevention
Some transactions may be subject to additional verification or fraud checks. We may decline or cancel an order if we reasonably believe a transaction is unauthorised or fraudulent. If we cancel an order, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
